I've been reading and voting on comments about the destruction of Winchester Street by primarily Yale-contracted trucks and other vehicles during the construction of the new challenges.

I've been reading and voting on the comments for ... an awfully long time. Yet nothing is done.

Neighbors, I think it might be time to band together and sue Yale and the city for the untold damage the degradation of Winchester Street has done to our vehicles. I'm sick of this -- Yale AND the city point fingers at each other AND the unions and say "It's not OUR responsibility!!!"

Meanwhile, certain parts of town get a little dimple in their wide streets and it's the city and Yale are ALL HANDS ON DECK! THE RESIDENTS OF ARE IN PAIN AND SUFFERING!

Well everyone, I'm sick of being a second-class citizen in this town. We have a nice neighborhood here, and my property taxes have doubled in the last couple of years, and I work hard, but I'm just hangin' on.

I am acquainted with a fabulous, smart reporter and writer who might understand our little dilemma here in the Winchester/Mansfield Street area. I'm in the mood to rabble-rouse a bit. (It's spring, what can I say; hormones rising?) Anyone with me?
