This can, at the very top of LaSalle Ave., adjacent to the parking garage is always overflowing with dog poop and it falls onto the sidewalk and stinks - next to the Montclair RR Trail where people walk their dogs. Anybody that walks the path has to smell the odor when they enter and leave the path - really disgusting. I'm curious that the Mayor hasn't said anything as she herself walks the path. Anyway, there has to be an additional container or it has to be picked up more frequently. Thanks
