There is an abandoned vehicle at the end of Lancaster street by the water. It has been in an accident, and is rammed into the cement bench on the sidewalk. It is leaking oil. there are items in the vehicle, including what appears to be a wallet.

If, for example, I was a person living in a lot on Lancaster who was driving this car, who had smashed it into a legitimate neighbors vehicle, likely not reporting it but instead attempting to cover up a hit and run, and then dumped it while leaking oil all over the place I'm not sure I'd combat any legitimate neighbors comments. Instead, I might quietly move it to a better location. Thanks for moving the vehicle to the lot, even if not silently, but instead masquerading to be be someone who's voice should be heard...when instead it should be squashed. The neighborhood is not blind. We'd prefer you move the vehicle, yourself, and your pals to another neighborhood all together. We will not stop.
