That's not public property and there is no reason for the tax payers to eat the cost of dumping there crap. Please also contact code and blight enforcement 510-238-3381 to file a complaint. It take a week for an inspector to go out and they then have to give the property owners a month to respond not fix the issue. if no action in 6 weeks call back.

By a landslide, the biggest noise contributors to this hood are the people living at and visiting this lot. This includes the female commenter living on the lot, who has been seen in multiple conflicts screaming in fear while being chased by a male, and has likely received benefit of a level of protection via concerned neighbors calling the police. No offense intended, simply stating the reality here. The trash that was stated would be removed remains on public property and is an eye soar. Oct 9th has passed and all are supposed to be gone. Time to increase focus from city officials, police, other.
