We need a sign that reads "Do not block driveways." Also, the Tilton Street sign on Mansfield is on the wrong side of Mansfield and it's old and hardly legible. We need a new one.

Good morning; the sign that is has a form for it! Would you be able to email James Harriott from the department at jharriott@newhavenct.gov to request a "do not block driveway" form? it will give us your address and other information.
After that, we issue a work order, spray paint the roadway, have as "call before you dig" to check for utilities, and then we install a new sign at the specific driveway that is an issue.

hi all; i'm sorry - apparently not a form, we simply fill out a work order for folks when they call and give us an address.
when you call, you can either give us the address on mansfield of the sign that needs repair, or re-open a new issue at that sign with a picture of the sign that needs refreshing. thanks!
