This individual and his ever-growing pile of junk has been blocking the sidewalk for over 4 months.

I have reported about this several times to 311 and he's still there blocking the sidewalk with his ever growing trash. Why is Waste Management increase the garbage bill when there's trash everywhere in the City of Oakland streets??

It's been months that encampment have been there on this E St. It's sickening embarrassing, and disgusting! How come the district council won't come up with a solution for this issue. It's a hugh nasty problem! Put up NO PARKING, and TOW AWAY signs and CAMERAS, BRIGHTER LIGHTS! CLEAN IT UP CITY!! Its a site for sore eyes.
