Is this reported issue a joke? There is no flooding at 72-148 Tower Parkway. That's the address of Payne Whitney Gymnasium and the surrounding area and there is no flooding. Sorry Carol Farias, but there is no flooding anywhere in that area. Also, what's up with your false picture? Did you really think nobody would check your false data? Shame on you. You are a fraud.
