The section of 4th St., South has become increasingly more populated by homeless near the Salvation Army. The people are out on the sidewalks and grassy areas during the day and overnight. The area for many blocks is very littered now. Panhandling is on the rise as well. I was approached by three different people during one visit to Wendy's. It's starting to feel very unsafe. One of the main concerns is that people are crossing the street day and night in the middle of the block. There is no warning to car drivers that these people are going to start crossing in the middle of the block particularly at night. Many are crossing very slowly with carts Cains Walkers or in wheelchairs. This is very concerning and a safety issue. This is also happening a little further south of 22nd Ave. on fourth Street south between the grocery mart and the gas station. Very dangerous for pedestrians and drivers. I have already reported this to nonemergency police as well as the community center in that district. They all suggested that I go through this channel to be heard. In the city work with the salvation army to come up with an innovative response to the needs of these people. Perhaps they can be located with in the property of salvation army and or be paid a small amount to collect litter in the area. Just an idea thank you, kim

The speed bumps on 3rd St S between 22nd Ave S and 17th Ave S are improperly shaped and horrible to drive over. I've driven over speed bumps all over the city without issue, but these two bumps in particular are very destructive to a vehicle's suspension and undercarriage, and are unlike any other bump in the city. The second problem with them is that they are difficult to see at night in this low light area; the signs beside them are inadequate in warning drivers. I have no issue at all with traffic calming in this area and encourage the speed bumps' presence, it's simply the design of these humps that are a problem. Please correct.

The Car Doctor Towing on 49th St just dropped off ANOTHER car at the illegal repair shop at 246 22nd Ave SE. More business to assure that there's plenty of noise every night - body work, racing engines, etc. Everyone around here is sick of it. It's blatantly obvious that they are running a business. Code enforcement shouldn't need a complaint from an adjacent neighbor. You can go down the alley where the cars are parked to see what's going on. During the day it's quiet - much of the activity is in the evening when it would otherwise be quiet around here.

Newly poured driveway for house under construction extends several feet beyond property line and encroaches into alley.

There is broken pavement on the 2nd St entrance to the alley.

west side of alley between 18th and 19th Ave. S and 1st and 2nd st S need smoothing. Very deep crevace.

Request for surface maintenance of alley at this address.

"Alley repair between Beach Dr S E and Bay S E Between 16th Ave and 17th Ave S E Alley is still sinking and numerous "lakes" are forming every time it rains. Please level out and cover with a hard surface topping not just sand and dirt to sink again and blow dust. Thank you

There is a bike trail sign on the corner of 2nd St S and 17th Ave SE directing bike riders east on 17th Ave SE. The sign directs you onto the sidewalk, but there are curbs all along the cul-de-sac preventing access to the road. So, the only option to access 17th Ave SE is to ride east on the sidewalk about a block to reach a broken concrete driveway that allows access to 17th Ave SE. Is it possible for another ramp to be added along the west side of the cul-de-sac curb here to allow immediate access to 17th Ave SE without having to ride down the sidewalk?
