I'd still like someone from the city to take a look at this unit, which does not appear to be well-maintained.

City needs to stop by and assess any violations

The property still looks the same -- junk in the yard, leaves unraked for years, etc.

I'm not sure why we're continuing to go through this useless process. The city refuses to assess the property and asks me every month if there's anything they can do. PLEASE . . . either go and take a look at it or admit that you're not going to do anything. But be aware, I'm not the only person who has brought this sad-sack place to the city's attention.

If the city is not going to do anything, LET ME KNOW. At that point, I'll give up. Please don't let this issue pop up again in 30 days and ask me if you should do anything. This is MADDENING.
