This house needs some repairs. A door has partially fallen off the screened porch, and a tarp has been on the roof for months. The tree that apparently put a hole in the roof is still in the front yard.

The tarp has been removed from the roof, but there's a door torn off on the side porch and a big log in the front yard. The house could probably benefit from an external inspection and some advice to the tenants.

The property still looks the same -- junk in the yard, leaves unraked for years, etc.

I'm not sure why we're continuing to go through this useless process. The city refuses to assess the property and asks me every month if there's anything they can do. PLEASE . . . either go and take a look at it or admit that you're not going to do anything. But be aware, I'm not the only person who has brought this sad-sack place to the city's attention.

If the city is not going to do anything, LET ME KNOW. At that point, I'll give up. Please don't let this issue pop up again in 30 days and ask me if you should do anything. This is MADDENING.
