Tan colored bully dog/ pitbull mix with a pink collar. My dog and I were across the street and she didn't approach us. Another person with a dog came close to the tan dog and she seemed to react to the other person's dog when it got too close. Last I saw, the tan dog was walking up the sidewalk on Irving st. towards Brooks st.

The owner is outside playing fetch at 4 in the morning and the dog is barking as usual. This has been going on for years. Why isn't the city doing anything?

I’ve been woken up on weekdays at around 6:30, because of barking. Dog also sits in open window, barking continuously throughout the day, especially when other dogs, people, squirrels, etc pass by which is often. I’m mostly concerned about the early morning barking, because of sleep disruption.
