Sidewalk again completely blocked by debris, making it impossible for anyone to pass, handicapped, elderly or families with strollers. This is WRONG! Please address ASAP as the hoarder at this site is doubling the size daily.

tents, debris, piles of broken furniture taking over the whole sidewalk from 30th St to almost whole block going north. There was only 1 tent a month ago when initially report. Why does the city have to wait until this is out of control?
