Garbage everywhere.

Sheet of ice this morning. Did not shovel.

Traffic has been realigned due to work on a broken water main. The arrow board is placed but is not on. This has been the situation since Wednesday. Dangerous.

Christmas tree not collected. Put my tree out last night.

Outdoor speakers are playing music. This is illegal. I'm told the city enforces this law here but obviously Jeff doesn't care. Please mandate Jeff to remove speakers.

Does The Bistro have the appropriate permits for outdoor speakers.

Scrolling sign is illegal and Jeff Favia is well aware of that fact as the city has taken him to court for this violation in the past.

Large box truck can't make turn due to illegally parked cars on Erie between Newark & Bay. Fire trucks also get stuck here. Daylighting needed on both sides.

Daylighting delineator dismounted. Needs replacing.

This section of roadway was dug up to deal with a leak on Thursday, November 9. The patch job is uneven. Heavy vehicles hitting this patch cause my building to shake. This stretch of roadway was repaved this last summer and I'd like to see it maintained as good as possible given it was about 10 years ago when it was previously repaved.

Jersey barrier is not properly installed making it difficult for pedestrians to pass.
